Where do you ship to?

At the moment we are only shipping within the UK.

Who do you ship with?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail

All express deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail 24hour tracked service

This 24hour period does not include production time, please allow up to 2 weeks for made to order pieces.

We aim to dispatch ‘ready to ship’ items within 48 hours.

Do you accept returns?

At the moment we are unable to accept returns, our items are made to order, personalised or one of a kind, please make sure you have chosen exactly what you want.

Of course if there is an issue with the condition in which the item has arrived in we will be happy to investigate this and see if a replacement or refund is necessary.

Damages and issues

Each piece is carefully checked before shipping, however if you encounter a fault with your item, or receive an incorrect item please contact us immediately and we will be able to resolve any issue for you as quickly as possible. Please check your item upon receipt.

We will not be held liable for any damage occurred while the item is in your care.
